Creative Mentoring & Workshops
I offer reflective creative workshops and mentoring for disabled and neurodivergent people navigating work, institutions, and complex environments.
I provide space to think, feel, and reflect in a way that supports your sustainability, creativity, and sense of self, especially within systems that may not have been designed with you in mind.
What We Can Explore
Sessions and workshops are shaped around you or your team and may include:
Navigating institutions in ways that feel authentic and values-led
Integrating creativity and vision into your working life
Staying connected to your body, identity, and inner world
Reflecting on how work impacts you
Developing language for self advocacy and clearer communication
Making sense of complexity, contradictions and feeling overwhelmed
Designing inclusive team workshops that build a sense of belonging

This coaching is for you if you are:
Disabled and/or Neurodivergent (including autistic and ADHD)
A creative working within changing organisations
Navigating Access to Work support
Wanting to stay connected to yourself while working within complex systems
What This Space Is (and Isn’t)

1:1 coaching sessions (online or in-person where possible)
Workshops for teams or groups
60–90 minutes per session, flexible or monthly structure
Fees
£120–£150 per hour for individual mentoring
Tailored packages available for workshops
